After what feels like an age of planning, Saturday eventually rolled round. Saturday was party day. A good friend and neighbour, whose birthday is almost the the same day as mine decided that it would be fun to use the bowling club. I really think Owain has harboured an ambition to become championship bowler, but alas, his (and my) performance did not have the president begging us to sign up!

It was a great community day, and really good to feed these ideas.

So, a big shout out to Heavitree Bowling Club and to everyone who came and made the day such fun.
